Climate change has been having a great impact on the works of supplying water for drinking and daily life in Long An province due to salinization of groundwater, floods, etc. Degraded works, unsustainable management models, and processes. management of water supply works has not complied with the processes of clean water production and supply, the balance of revenue and expenditure is not guaranteed, lack of maintenance, propaganda to mobilize people to respond to safe use of clean water. Sanitation is not regular, the quality of water supply for people's daily life is not guaranteed. Assessing the sustainability of domestic water supply for Long An province through meta-analysis of research data, scenarios of climate change, sea level rise, SWOT analysis, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Score weighted by 6 criteria: (i) Sustainability of water resources coefficient 2; (ii) Sustainability in management and operation factor 2; (iii) Economic and financial sustainability coefficient 2; (iv) Community participation factor 2; (v) Technological sustainability factor 1; (vi) Organizational sustainability coefficient 1. Thereby revealing the sustainability or unsustainability of the works.
