DETERMINATION OF DEXTROMETHORPHAN HBr, CHLOPHENIRAMINE MALEAT AND GUAIFENESIN IN METHORPHAN BY SPECTROPHOTOMETRY USING KALMAN FILTER

Abstract

     Determination of dextromethorphan HBr, chlopheniramine maleat and guaifenesin in METHORPHAN with high accuracy and level of dextromethorphan HBr recovered from 96.6%  to 101.1%; chlopheniramine maleat recovered from 98.7%  to 102.1%  and and guaifenesin recovered from 99.0%  to 103.0%.
