STUDY ON SORPTION ABILITY OF CHLOROPHYLL BY MnO2 AND ITS APPLICATION FOR CLEANING-UP PURPOSE TOWARD DETERMINATION OF CARBAMATE PESTICIDE RESIDUE IN VEGETABLE BY HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQIUD CHROMATOGRAPHY (HPLC)

Abstract

   Solid phase extraction with MnO2 sorbent was applied to separate and pre-concentrate carbamate pesticide residue in the vegetable samples. The method are based a simple extraction with CH2Cl2 as organic solvent, a purification with solid phase extraction clean-up, and determination  of carbamate pesticide residue with high-performance liquid chromatography.  A range of carbamate pesticides (carbaryl, carbofuran, fenobucarb, pirimicarb) was analyzed in the vegetable samples.
