Abstract

Bi2O3-modified graphite oxide paste electrode (Bi2O3-GOPE) was manufacturedand used for the determination of trace amounts of copper by differential pulse anodicstripping voltammetry method (DP-ASV). The stripping peak current (Ip) has a linearrelationship with concentration in the range of 0,2 ppb to 12,3ppb of Cu(II) with adeposition time of 120s at deposition potential of -1,2V, in 0,1M acetate buffer (pH=4,5). The relative standard devition (RSD) for a solution containing 2ppb Cu (II)was 1,12% (n = 10), the 3σ detection limit of 0,08ppb. The electrode applied todetermination Cu(II)) in seawater sample in Binh Dinh.
