STUDY ON FOR PREPARATION OF HARD CAPSULES SUPPORTING THE TREATMENT OF RHEUMATIC DISEASES FROM FICUS PUMILA L. COLLECTED IN NINH BINH PROVINCE

Abstract

From the extract of Ficus pumila L., two compounds were isolated by column chromatography:
Kaempferol (FPE1) and Naringenin (FPE2). Besides, hard capsules have been successfully prepared
from Ficus pumila L.: supporting the treatment of rheumatic diseases, and reducing pain. The physicochemical indicators such as the uniformity of the capsule's mass, disintegration, the content of moisture,
ash were followed the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia IV.
