MANAGING ETHNIC MINORITY RELATION AND CONSOLIDATING ETHNIC MINORITY UNITY BLOC IN THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS TODAY

Ethnic minority relation has gained special attention of the government and party in the past decades. With regards to issues of immigration, religions, the authors try to set a deeper look into the developing Central Highlands and point out factors affecting the area and unity bloc. Based on findings of the research, some major solutions are suggested to contribute to the sustainable development of the region, such as strengthening relations between indigenous ethnic minorities with the whole nation, perfecting ethnic, religious, socio-economic development policies, enhancing immigration and management issues and solving land issues.
