China FDI in Vietnam after Twenty Years

   Over the past 25 years, foreign direct investment (FDI) including FDI from China to Vietnam has been increasing. As of May 2014, China's FDI consecutively rose in position, size, form changes, fields and geographical expansion. Research suggests that in attracting FDI of China, Vietnam should follow procedures from theory to practice with national interest the priority, and improve capacity and manner for the authorities and businesses in Vietnam.
