Liquidity Safety in Commercial Banking Activities in Vietnam

Abstract

This article explores the current state of the banking system in Vietnam towards Basel III standards on liquidity. On that basis, some recommendations are proposed to commercial banks in the use of liquidity management technical tools and policies towards Basel III standards as a benchmark for all future banking activities.
