Abstract

The paper is an effort by the authors to express the situation of the Vietnamese enterprises in the recent years and the difficulties and challenges they are facing with, especially the difficulties created from the current economic institutions. Based on the analysis, the authors provide some policy recommendations as solutions to the problems, and in order to create a favorable investment - business environment for the enterprise sector; noteworthy of them are recommendations for economic institution improvement
