Land Policies over More Than Thirty Years of Renovation Period in Vietnam

The paper describes the viewpoint and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the land allocation and use over more than 30 years of the đổi mới, or renovation, period, and suggests several policy-recommendations with a view to taking full advantage of land resources for socio-economic development in the process of market economy and international integration.
