Using qualitative research to study in the field of management: from theory to practical experience

Abstract

Based on students' difficulties when performing qualitative research methods in dissertations, theses as well as research papers; our article introduces qualitative research and main methods to apply in research related to management. The paper presents steps for conducting a qualitative research, using the approach called ‘’grounded theory”. This is a common approach, used by researchers in order to explore and adjust the proposed research model.
