Abstract

Abstract: : This study focuses on analyzing the current state of quality management in construction projects at the Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, which is facing numerous challenges regarding construction quality. Survey results from 46 participants indicate that many projects have experienced deterioration, adversely affecting the safety and operational efficiency of the hospital. The primary factors contributing to this situation include inadequate quality management processes, insufficient supervision, and a lack of capacity among staff. Based on this analysis, the study proposes several solutions to improve quality management, including the establishment of clear quality inspection procedures, enhanced training for staff, and the application of information technology in monitoring. Future research directions may expand to compare quality management models at other hospitals to identify valuable lessons for improving healthcare service quality.
