Abstract: In recent years, Hanoi has
implemented inspection and supervision
of construction public - invested projects,
which is also one of the tools to help its state
management of construction investment
costs. However, the inspection and supervision
of construction investment costs for publicinvested projects of Hanoi still has some
shortcomings due to many causes, including
those related to the Inspection Law.
