Abstract

Abstract: The general characteristics of warehouse infrastructure
and industrial flooring are all subjected to a large load. Because of this
feature, the composition of the warehouse floor, industrial house is quite
different, more complicated than other civil works. There are currently
many different platforms used for warehouses, industrial buildings such
as reinforced concrete, blocks, reinforced concrete foundation, bubble
deck… It is necessary to analyze and compare construction costs and
technical criteria among the foundation structure options used, which
support investors and design companies to have a basis to choose a
suitable foundation structure option, with high economic efficiency
