APPLICATION OF BIM TECHNOLOGY IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Abstract: BIM (Building Information
Modeling) technology plays an important
role in construction project management,
significantly improving efficiency, reducing
costs and optimizing overall project
management. This article deeply analyzes
specific applications of BIM technology in the
design, construction and completion stages
of projects. In addition, the challenges that
BIM technology faces during the application
process also need to be analyzed, such
as the development of technology, initial
investment costs for facilities, lack of
qualified personnel and related legal
regulations. Corresponding strategies will
be proposed to address these issues, aiming
to further promote and popularize the
application of BIM technology
