Abstract

Abstract: Binh Thuan is one of the areas with the leading wind
potential in Vietnam, with ideal seabed conditions for the installation
of fixed wind turbine foundations. At the same time, this locality also
has great potential for developing sea ports and large-scale power
grids to serve wind energy exploitation. Currently, Binh Thuan province
has 9 wind power plants in operation with a total capacity of 299.6
MW. In addition, there are 3 wind power projects with a total capacity
of about 149.5 MW that have been completed but have not yet
officially put into commercial operation. The quality of mass concrete
construction for wind power foundations is a key factor determining
the quality of wind power plant construction. This paper summarizes
the planning and implementation stages of pouring concrete for wind
power plant foundations in hot weather conditions in Binh Thuan,
and analyzes and discusses the construction technology as well as
quality control of mass concrete for wind generator foundations
