English language for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in the field of international cooperation in the construction industry is one of the necessary and important tasks with the trend of integration and globalization. The article suggests some speci c solutions to improve the English capacity of the public service team in order to contribute to the successful implementation of the strategy of building a contingent of quali ed, capable and reputable sta to meet the standard of titles, job positions, and have the capability to work in an international environment.
