Current status, causes and solutions to fix some common deformations and damages in civil works

Abstract

Currently, many civil works are damaged and deformed quickly due to various causes leading to repair or removal, causing great waste and especially having impacts on the psychology as well as the quality of life of the users’. However, the plan to renovate and deal with many cases of deformation and damage is not appropriate and optimal, so it is necessary to accurately analyze, assess the current situation, which can help to find out causes then give out orientation to the homeowner on renovation and repair plans for some common damages in civil work.
