Abstract: When the soil is saturated with water, some physical and mechanical indicators of the soil can change its stability and bearing capacity - the intensity changes. This study analyzes the bearing capacity - soil strength is influenced by the main physical properties of the soil that affect water saturation. In many projects, the designers have not evaluated the impact of changes in water saturation in the ground, so there have been incidents after construction such as uneven settlement, settlement exceeding the allowable value, and sliding, lean.
