IDENTIFY FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF SUBCONTRACTOR

Abstract

Abstract: Subcontractors play an increasingly important role in completing a project. This study focuses on subcontractors through a survey of opinions of construction parties in the city area of Ho Chi Minh City, from which find out the factors that contribute to the success of the subcontractor organization. From previous studies and opinions of experts, 36 factors participating in this study were identified. The findings of the study help subcontractors improve their organization to increase their chances of success in business operations and assist the main contractor in choosing a subcontractor that meets the given requirements
