ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF COSTS ON THE TOTAL INVESTMENT OF THE DUC LONG GOLDEN LAND APARTMENT PROJECT

Abstract

Abstract: In this study, the authors evaluated the impact of costs on the total investment of the Duclam Golden Land housing project. By using data analysis methods and modeling, the authors determined and assessed the impact of cost factors on investment decisions. The results showed that costs play an important role in the project investment process. Factors such as construction costs, equipment costs, contingency costs, etc. were clearly defined and analyzed thoroughly. The study also emphasized the importance of effective cost management to optimize the use of resources and investment capital, thereby increasing business efficiency.
