Some Legal Issues on the Management and Use of Agricultural Land under the 2024 Land Law

Abstract

    This article analyzes new points of the 2024 Land Law on the management and use of agricultural land, and their impact on the agricultural economy. The research method used in this article is legal analysis and domestic secondary materials research. The study analyzed the new legal regulations, clarified the changes compared to the 2013 Land Law and the impact on the agricultural economy. At the same time, this study also pointed out several challenges and proposed recommendations to improve the 2024 Land Law, thus enhancing the efficiency of management and use of agricultural land. Accordingly, the issuance of detailed and timely guidance documents is very important. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and strictly enforce the law to prevent and handle violations, especially acts of taking advantage of incentive policies for personal gain. In addition, raising awareness and compliance of the law for farmers is also important, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities in using agricultural land.
