Sustainable development of gong culture tourism in the Central Highlands through E-commerce platforms

This study focuses on assessing the role of e-commerce in promoting and managing gong tourism in the Central Highlands, and identifying important factors promoting the sustainable development of this type of tourism. The research method includes in-depth interviews and semi-structured surveys with 288 online questionnaires from tourists, village elders, village chiefs, and tourism business households. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively to calculate the percentage. The results show that e-commerce brings many benefits, helping to effectively promote gong culture, support tour booking and manage tourists more easily. In addition, it also raises awareness of preserving folk culture. The study proposes solutions such as investing in technology infrastructure, training human resources and developing appropriate support policies to optimize the effectiveness of e-commerce application in gong tourism.
