Mencius’s thought on the virtues of the ruler and lessons for managers in Viet Nam today
Abstract
One of the basic contents of Menci's political lineage is the ethics of the ruler. That idea promotes justice and humanity, as well as the importance of the people. That is the way of the "moral", light penalties, encouraging people from ordinary people to kings to cultivate morals to the form of a gentleman. This article contributes to better understanding of the content of Mencius's governor mindset and draw practical lessons to improve the capacity and ethics of the management staff in our country today.Downloads
