In this article, the author researched solutions to improve construction management according to planning for a central coastal city, which has a cultural heritage of mankind and natural elements to be preserved. For this municipality, we need to come up with specific solutions that are appropriate to its circumstances. Because if applied with the usual management, Hoi An will inadvertently lose the accumulated values of some hundred years.
