Phân tích chuỗi cung ứng ngành gạo: trường hợp gạo từ cánh đồng lớn trên địa bàn tỉnh Vĩnh Long

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the situation of the rice sector supply chain: the case of rice from the big field (CĐL) in the province of Vinh Long. The study results showed that the initialoperation of the chain brought some significant efficciency such as centralized production, reducing production costs, creating high quality commercial rice, and stability. However, the agentsin the chain link, the output not being guaranteed, mainly selling to traders, are the causes of a series of activities not being effective as it is expected. From this, the author proposed a number of solutions for each main agent that involved in the chain to promote the supply chain for rice market from big field in the province of Vinh Long more completely.
