Abstract

Over the past few years, FDI has contributed greatly to the development of the economy and society, pushed the speed of growth, transfered economic structures, technology, and integrated actively with the region and the world of Viet Nam. However, the current situation of acttracting FDI of Viet Nam still has to be faced with many difficulties, challenges, and low efficiency, the allocation of investment capital are not rational. Therefore, choosing the good methods of attracting and using FDI will help develop the economy and society more quickly and strongly. This paper, using descriptive statistical methods to assess the current status of FDI enterprises operating in our country for 13 years, discovered the limitations of the field and proposes a number of solutions to continually improve effective investment in future FDI.
