Giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực nghề tại tỉnh Hậu Giang

Abstract

The paper studies the situation of quality vocational training in Hau Giang province. The paper conducted a survey by interviewing experts and managers, teachers, students and businesses. Descriptive statistical method is used to analyze the influential factors on the quality of vocational training. The results focus on analyzing three major factors that directly affect the quality of vocational training including the input factor, the training process and the management of output. Finally, the paper gives some recommendations to improve the quality of vocational training in Hau Giang province.
