Nghiên cứu sản xuất meo nấm cốc lớn (Clitocybe maxiam)
Abstract
Big cup mushroom is an edible mushroom with light brown color. Its fruiting body grows out as a stick, and then differentiates as a cap. This study was conducted to standardize the production process to produce the spawn of big cup mushroom. The experiment results indicated that the mycelium grew best on medium containing 2 g yeast extract + 2 g pepton 0.5 g MgSO4 + 15 g glucose + 1.5 mg thiamin. The optimal level of pH is 6. On this medium, the mycelium grew fast (0.61 cm/day). Rice supplemented with 0.5% corn starch and 0.5% CaCo3 was suitable for the mycelium growth. The mycelium development was completed on the 27th day of the incubation (0.32 cut/day).
