Abstract
In the process of economic integration and industrial revolution 4.0, the Ho Chi Minh city labour force market is developing in termes of both quanlity and quality. The businesses always pay attention to policies attracting spcial human resources with high qualification. However, in the labour market, there is a paradox that businesses lack labourers who can meet the requirements of integration, graduates must do the work contrary to what they are trained. In terms of the orientation to develop labour market from 2020 to 2025, the writing focuses on analyzing the forecast of need for human resources, on which it proposes some solution to human resources development in the new setting at Ho Chi Minh city.
