Abstract
Training highly-qualified human resource, talent development, quality development and self-learning ability, self-enriching knowledge and creativity of learners is an urgent issue in fundamemtal renewal, education and training in Vietnam. By analyzing and evaluating the survey results of managers, lecturers and students at the university, the article provides valid and reliable information on the status of management of the examination and evaluation. The students’ learning activities in credit-based training at Mekong University contribute to promoting the strengths of the school in the direction of comprehensive education reform and overcome the limitations and weaknesses.
