Abstract

Regarding the current trend of globalization, we can not deny and ignore the importance of English as if is widely used everywhere in the world. For the pupils and students, learning English becomes even more necessary than ever. But the real situation in Vietnam learning English remains the headaches of the educators. How to find a standard method of learning English, help students progress quickly, why the pupils, students learning English than ten years in the event that they leave school, the majority are not communicating be in English? Realizing this situation, the article authors have proposed solutions to build sofware system to help pupils and students to learn, practice and improve their skills in English Listening and Speaking, and give faculfy support toolkit for effective teaching and learning English.
