Abstract

The heat insulating layer is an important component in the high-temperature
resistant structure of the flying instrument, in which thickness of the heat insulating
layer has a moderate thickness that used to prevent the high-temperature gas from
attacking the case, but does not do increase mass of the flying instrument. The paper
is given a method of determining the required thickness of the heat insulating layer
in the design and fabrication of the flying instrument.
