BUILDING CHATBOT TO SUPPORT TRAINING IN UNIVERSITIES BASED ON THE MS POWER PLATFORM

Abstract

In this article, we have researched on the application of chatbot in the
university training environment to improve the quality of education and training
on the basis of Microsoft's Power Platform with No-code/Low-code technology.
The results of research, design and testing have shown that the designed
training support chatbot has been stable, meeting the requirements of
improving the quality of training activities and easily integrated into many
different environments in the field of education and training.
