FACTORS AFFECTING STUDENTS' PART - TIME WORK INTENTION: SPECIAL CASE STUDY WITH STUDENTS OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN HANOI

Abstract

The intention of students to work part-time is one of the urgent topics for
both students, schools and society. The study was conducted on 193 observation
samples, the results showed that: Personality has the opposite effect on
overtime, personality increases → overtime work decreases), vice versa:
Experience - skills, personal attitude, income input, subjective norm positively
affects overtime. Subjective norm has the strongest impact on students' parttime work (0.406), then experience (0.32), income (0.161), and finally personal
attitude (0.136). Research contributes to providing solutions to help students see
problems more easily, schools have measures to help students improve skills and
experience ... businesses will have solutions to attract students collaborate.
