RESEARCH AND DESIGN AERODYNAMICS TUBE TO ASSESS THE EFFECT OF DRAG FORCE ON THE BODY OF HaUI-EV2 ELECTRIC CAR

Abstract

Automotive aerodynamics have been studied for a long time and nowadays it
remains one of the research areas to attract more scientists. In Vietnam, there are
almost have no in-depth studies on automotive aerodynamics officially announced,
most training institutions do not have equipments and models for training
purposes. Therefore, in this study, the authors have established a theoretical basis,
successfully manufactured aerodynamic tube model to assess the effect of drag
force on the body of HaUI-EV2 electric car. The result of the comparison between
theoretical and experimental research with an error is 10.37%.
