FACTORS AFFECTING THE WORK EFFICIENCY OF MECHANICAL WORKERS AT T&H VIETNAM ENGINEERING ENGINEERING JSC

The research is carried out to determine the factors affecting the work
efficiency of mechanical workers at T&H Vietnam Mechanical Engineering Joint
Stock Company. The results of analyzing survey data collected from 150 workers
(working in the company's factories) through the verification steps, the results
have identified 6 factors that affect the work efficiency of the company. Factors
are: work motivation, personal competencies, drawing design, choosing the type
of production, managing processes and controlling product quality.
