Abstract

This study uses a combining of two types of software are Ansys and
Matlab/Simulink to completely simulate a passive wireless sensor of reflective
delay line one-port (SAW RDL). We use the interdigital transcuder (IDT) with a
bi-directional structure and three reflectors put on LiNbO3 substrate. In which,
the distance between IDT and the first reflector is 201m and equal to the
distance of the second and the third reflector, and the distance from the second
to the third reflector is 64.32m. The simulation results on Ansys as amplitude,
wavelength, and the time delay of reflected waves are used to build a model to
calculate the phase delay of reflected signal on Matlab/Simulink, from which we
calculate the tan trigonometric of the phase delay between the signal emitted
from the reader and the response waves.
