MODELING AND SIMULATION OF CVT TRANSMISSION SYSTEM USING MATLAB SIMULINK

Abstract
This paper presents the results of analysis and modeling of the powertrain in
automobiles using CVT gearboxes using Matlab/Simulink simulation software.
Modeling of powertrain components including engine, CVT, transmission and
wheels are analyzed and simulated based on dynamics models and experimental
data. The entire model simulates system-specific signals such as speed or different
fuel consumption of the powertrain that are analyzed and evaluated from input
signals such as throttle opening and applied force. on the brake pedal in a
simulated environment. The simulation results are very useful in the research,
design and manufacture of automatic transmission in automobiles.
