RESEARCH OF THE EFFECT OF COLOR FIXING TECHNOLOGY FOR POLYAMIDE FABRIC DYED WITH ACTIVE DYNAMICS ON FABRIC COLORS

Abstract

In this experiment, the author used the chemical Eriofast Fix. Experiment to find
out the color fixation technology for the highest fabric color fastness. Color fastness
has been evaluated with non-fixed color post-dyed fabric samples, one-time color-
fixed dyed fabrics and two-times. The results show that the color fixation technology
has an effect on the color fastness of the fabric. Color fastness to washing, color
fastness to crocking and fastness to perspiration with 2 times color fixation technology
results in fading on the attached fabric sample and color change reaching 4 - 5 on the
gray scale. However, color fastness to chlorinated water did not differ between color
fixation technologies. Research results have provided the optimal color-fixing
technology for Polyamide fabrics dyed with reactive dyes to help use technology and
chemicals effectively, reduce environmental pollution and reduce product costs.
