THE COMPONENTS OF THE WISH EXPRESSION AND SOME MODELS OF WISH IN THE NEW YEAR’S GREETINGS LETTERS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM FROM

Abstract

Wish on the occasion of new year is a beautiful custom in the traditional culture of Vietnamese. Every new year, the heads of countries on the world send new year greetings to the people of their country. In Vietnam, the people are very familiar with the fact that the President appeared on the television to read the New Year's greetings on New Year's Eve. In this article, the author analyzes the components of the wish expression and some models of wish in the New Year's greetings letters of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 2000 to 2020.
