Culture diplomacy in Vietnam’s foreign policy period of innovation and international integration

Abstract

Entering the 21st century, cultural diplomacy has been widely used by many countries as the most important element, soft power for national development, strengthening and building trust to tighten relationships. system with different countries. From here, countries began to draw up strategies to increase their cultural diplomacy soft power with different goals. The aim was to seek consensus and cooperation to enhance their influence in the international arena. This article presents a positive change in Vietnam's foreign policy with the development of cultural diplomacy efforts to increase its soft power with countries after innovation until now.
