Abstract

: The cultural value system and Vietnamese people have always been an important driving force for the country's development, including the role of intellectuals. To further promote the strength and potential of the intellectual team, build a value system that is the standard and motivation for intellectuals to strive and perfect their abilities and qualities to meet the needs of integration and development. The article mentions some important and core qualities of Vietnamese intellectuals in the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
