Abstract

Vietnam is among the countries with a high and concerning rate of school health issues, particularly the prevalence of myopia and scoliosis among students. The primary cause of these conditions is improper sitting posture and lack of concentration while studying. Currently, there is no device available that assists in monitoring students' sitting posture and reminds them when they lose focus, which could help them study more effectively and reduce the risk of eye and spinal problems. The paper " AI Application Solutions for Health Protection Alerts During Work and Study" aims to help learners stay focused and minimize health issues related to school activities.
