Abstract
This paper focuses on the research and development of a course database to support the quality assurance of education at Khanh Hoa University. The study proposes a course DB development process based on the PODCCA (Plan - Organize - Direct - Control - Coordinate - Adjust) method, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data related to academic programs. The research results not only provide a supporting tool for quality assessment and management at University of Khanh Hoa, but also serve as a reference model for other higher education institutions in developing and implementing a course database process to support accreditation.
