Develop sustainable work towards net zero of Vietnam in 2050

Abstract

Setting the issue of sustainable employment development towards Vietnam's net zero goal by 2050, our article points out the main issues, which are also considered challenges for economic development in Vietnam in the 21st century, that is: ensuring environmental sustainability and the desires of individuals with good jobs will come true, laying the foundation for a stable, productive and cohesive life. social determination. We realize that these major issues are closely related, need to be solved together, and urgently need to be resolved. To clarify the issue, the article is built through the following 4 contents: 1 / Sustainable environment and “good” jobs; 2/ Solutions for decent work; 3 / Problems in job creation; 4 / Developing jobs in line with Net zero Vietnam's goal by 2050.
