Abstract

Online shopping is increasingly popular, and the trend of using electronic banking services among Vietnamese consumers is also widespread. Therefore, developing mobile payment services is an important goal in the banking sector as well as business activities in e-commerce. This opens up new research directions on how to promote and encourage consumers to use electronic banking to pay for online shopping. This study aims to propose a theoretical research model to explore the mechanism that shapes mobile payment acceptance behavior in relation to social influence and perceived trust. Qualitative research method is used to search relevant documents, thereby forming research hypotheses and measurement scales of concepts. The results of the theoretical research model will be the basis for conducting quantitative research on mobile payment acceptance behavior
