EMPLOYMENT SETTLEMENT FOR FEMALE WORKERS IN DAKMIL DISTRICT, DAK NONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The article evaluates the current situation of creating jobs for female workers in Dak Mil district, Dak Nong province on the following aspects including current status of production development to create jobs for female workers; Current status of career guidance and job introduction for female workers; Vocational training is associated with creating jobs for women and labor export creating jobs for female workers. The author references and applies some content from related research articles published domestically and uses descriptive statistics and general analysis methods in the research. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of job creation for female workers in Dak Mil district, Dak Nong province in the coming time.
