RESEARCH ON FACTORS AFFECTING THE WORK MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES OF CARGILL VIETNAM CO., LTD. BRANCH – BINH DUONG BRANCH

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the work motivation of employees of Cargill Co., Ltd. Branch in Binh Duong. With qualitative research methods combined with quantitative research, the authors conducted a survey of 193 employees at the Company. The results of the study show that there are 06 factors that affect the working motivation of employees, including: (1) Corporate culture; (2) Working conditions; (3) Colleagues; (4) Salary and benefits; (5) Training and Promotion and (6) Leadership. In the factor of corporate culture, there is the strongest impact on the working motivation of employees of Cargill Co., Ltd. Branch in Binh Duong.
