Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between psychological safety, job engagement and employee creativity in the work environment. The research method was implemented through a survey, with a sample of 408 employees from enterprises in industrial zones in the Southeast region. The results show that psychological safety not only directly affects creativity but also indirectly through the mediating role of job engagement. Specifically, employees who feel safe in the work environment tend to demonstrate higher levels of creativity, thanks to the confidence in sharing ideas without worrying about criticism. Furthermore, job engagement is identified as a key mediator, strengthening this relationship. This study contributes practical recommendations for managers in developing and improving the work environment, in order to optimize creativity and increase employee commitment.
